| Description : | Very Rare War time 1933 Mercedes Benz G3a 6x4 off road vehicle. The remains of the car where found in the late eighties in Denmarc where it was used during german occupation in World War II. It was in real rough shape. It underwent a 10 year restoration from nut to bolt. All technical parts underwent a total restoration. Interiour, Top and body had to be build from scratch. It is raely a gorgious looking vehicle. The old man which was a well known Mercedes restorer died not much later after he finished it. The car got a german brief and is road registered. I tried to find out from Mercedes Classic Center in Stuttagart some of the history. I got a letter that they are sorry to not be able to supply any info on this type of car since the files where lost during the war. The G3a use Mannheim 6 cylinder 3688cc engine. I am open to very serious offers. The car can be seen near Stuttgart. It is the only type of this car in the World. This car is for WWII Historic vehicle collector. |
